Custom Wigs
Processing Time
This service takes up to 2 1/2 weeks after purchase date. During this time we are
- Processing your payment
- Gathering materials needed to create the wig
- Constructing the wig on a sewing machine
- Styling the wig based to your likings
- Preparing the wig for shipping
Shipping Time
Shipping time takes place after the processing period ends. You will receive an Order Fulfillment email once your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number.
Returns
If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 7 days after your order has been received. Here are the steps to this process:
- Email us at admin@everythingeboni.com to communicate your concerns within 7 days of receiving your package
- If return request is approved, we will email you a return label.
- You will return the item.
- We will resolve the issue.
Refunds
Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. If you ever have any issues with an order, contact us here.
Ready to Ship
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM EST are shipped out the same day. All other orders are shipped on the following business day.
Shipping Time

Returns
Ready to Ship wigs are sold as is. Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us here

We are not responsible for any importing tax fees.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
- We make it our duty to ship out wig orders in discreet, secure packaging.
- All packages include a tracking number.
