Lace Replacement

*At this time we are only able to replace lace closures.

Wigs last for many years but sometimes our lace needs a little more than a simple refreshing. No worries! Let us give your wig the touchup it needs!

This service includes:

1. Removal of your old lace closure
2. Adding on your new lace closure
3. Bleaching the knots of the new closure
4. Plucking the hairline
5. Complimentary Wash + Deep Condition
6. (Optional) Adding Baby Hairs
   
7. (Optional) Styling of the Wig

This service has a turnaround time of 7-10 business days after receiving your hair in the mail.

This service is only valid on wigs made by our company.

After Purchasing 

• Hair should be mailed in. If you are local we now allow you to drop-off your hair to our office (address will be given within 24 hours of purchase). If you are not local, you will send the hair to the following address:

If your mailing provider doesn't accept PO Box addresses use the following:

• Make sure your hair is mailed out within 72 hours of making your purchase.
• Make sure you get a tracking number for your package
• Respond to your order confirmation email and send us your tracking number
• Once we receive your package, we will email you letting you know
• The 7-10 business day turnaround period will start at that moment
• Once your wig is finished, you will received an email with your tracking number
• Your package will be shipped to you.
