This service is great for those who would like a custom wig made but would like to provide their own hair.
How this service works

Recommendations for the Hair You Provide
We recommend that you provide virgin or raw hair bundles. These bundles are best for styling and longevity.
For closure wigs we suggest that you provide a 4x4 or 5x5 lace closure that is made of Swiss or HD lace.
For fullness we recommend that you provide 2 bundles for hair under 16 inches in length. 3 bundles for hair between 16-20 inches long. 4 or more bundles for hair 22" or longer.
*These are only suggestions.
How to Send in Hair
If you are local, you can drop-off your hair to our office (address will be given within 24 hours of purchase)
If you are mailing in your hair these are the steps:
1. Mail out your hair within 72 hours after purchase date.
2. Put hair into a envelope, box or poly mailer and mail it to:

If your mailing provider doesn't accept PO Box addresses use the following:
Eboni Moody, 1100 Kings Rd #2859, Jacksonville, Florida 32203.
3. Get a tracking number for your package.
4. Email us your tracking number by replying to your Order Confirmation email.
Once We Receive Your Package
When we receive your package, we will email you letting you know.
The processing period begins at this point and we will begin working on your order.
When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you are Iocal, we will email you to schedule a pickup time.
